Sassy Bibs appreciates your business! As long as your bib(s) meets the following requirements, we are happy to accept your return. Please contact us at email@example.com for return procedures before sending product back so that we can send you the paperwork needed to process your return.
To be eligible for return, you must include the proper return request form. We can only process a return that includes a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Items must not have been worn, laundered, or used in any way. Items must still be in new, resellable condition. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping is non-refundable and there is a $3 restocking fee per item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
All clearance sales are final (no returns will be granted).
If for any reason the product you have ordered from this website arrives damaged or defective, we will be glad to exchange it within 30 days from purchase date. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, attach a photo of the defect, and we will be happy to make the exchange for you!
